These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Sun Industries, LLC (“Sun Industries”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

02About the website

The website describes Sun Industries and the DevOps and DevSecOps services it offers. The content is provided for general information only. Nothing on the website is an offer to provide services, and no engagement is formed by using the website. Services we provide to clients are governed by separate written agreements, and those agreements control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

You may view, download, and print pages from the website for your own informational purposes, provided you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact. You agree not to:

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

12General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Sun Industries regarding use of the website. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of our business.
